    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Written on verso: This is the Homestead, our Home Management house, where I live with six girls at a time. The tree in front is an Ohio buckeye. Those in back are Norway spruce. We have three fireplaces with two ovens, but one kitchen is modern. You&#039;d like it! Hope you and yours are well and happy. I&#039;ve been unusually well this fall. Perhaps my good trip to Denver, Yellowstone, Estes Park, with a month in Vermont is responsible. Merry Christmas &amp; love, Helen.]]></dcterms:description>
